Meet Anna Osu
Chasing neon lights, city shadows, and far-off adventures— Hi, I’m Anna, a London-based photographer and creative with a lifelong love affair with images, stories, and light.
I grew up in Poland surrounded by thousands of film photographs and the unmistakable smell of chemicals drifting from a makeshift darkroom in our bathroom. My dad was busy documenting Poland throughout the 80s and 90s, and somewhere between growing up in the 90’s and hanging negatives, I caught the bug. Cameras, film, and storytelling were part of everyday life — and I’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.
My visual world is deeply inspired by cinema. The Matrix trilogy sits firmly at the top of my all-time favourites, shaping my love for bold contrasts, cyberpunk colour palettes, and slightly surreal atmospheres. That cinematic influence inspires my photography, alongside the timeless street poetry of Saul Leiter and Ernst Haas, and the rich, human storytelling of Steve McCurry in travel photography.
Whether I’m shooting urban streets, people, or places, I’m always looking for mood, colour, and moments that feel lived-in; images that hint at a bigger story just outside the frame.

A Life in Motion, A Lens in Hand
Whether I’m wandering neon-lit alleys or hopping trains to new horizons, my camera is always ready. I believe every city has a secret side—especially after dark.
A Glimpse Through My Lens
Some of my favourite photos of people.
